The days of second or third-generation movers are coming to an end and high employee turnover costs money and morale. New employees to the moving business lack the experience and knowledge to fill positions above the level of swamper. Crew leads are stretched too thin and don’t have time to train every new employee while also handling customer relations and supervising their crew. Professional training services available year round. New hires starting their summer jobs? Save the time (and sanity) of your senior crew leaders by bringing in a professional to train the newbies. Training includes a 3 hour preliminary group session at a table with handouts provided plus on-the-job training and supervision for one shift per new hire. All trainees must have completed internal operations, safety and general employee training before attending Mover 101.
